I was going to post this last weekend but...

I couldnt get into my account.

So now.. almost a week later..

The Wall...

We were walking today when we came to this wall...

 

"Oh cool!" I thought "Someone has painted the wall in different shades of gray!"

But as we got closer, I realised that this was, in fact, not paint...

but stucco!

How cool is that? 

Anyways, now that it is summer break, I'm going to be posting more often.

Last Day of School!

Today school let out for the summer!

For the seniors, their last day of school. 

Going to miss them a bunch!

Washington D.C.

So, for my 16th birthday we went to Washington D.C! 

What a cool place that is!

By the way this was like two weeks ago I just have been extreamly busy. 

That's why I have not posted in a while. 

School will be out in about a week though.

So, I should have more time for post. =]

ANYWAYS...

 This is where we stayed...

 

Nate liked the veiw. 

 

 This was the metro station we traveled from. 

 

 We ate here for breakfast.

They had these things called squagels.

Those were yummy. ;P

 We then went to the Washington Monument.

 We found Kilroy!

Lincoln Monument! 

It was really cool to see this in person,

not just on the penny or in movies. 

 We went to the Natural History Museum and Air and Space Museum.

Nate favorite part.... this statue of a baby.

 We went to the National Zoo!

I would have to say these were my two favorite animals there. 

 

We went to the White House too!

Or we saw it. 

I like all the random people in the background. Hehe

I also got a really nice picture of The Capital and some cute baby ducks! 

Unfortunately... I can't seem to find those pictures on my computer.

If I find them... I will post them later. =]

Anyways, what a fun trip!

Camera Case

Today I made a new camera case because...

I lost my old one. 

Plus I really liked the design on this fabric,

 compared to just my old plain black one. 

This is the end result... 

 

I think that is turned out quite nicely considering that I'm still getting use to using a sewing machine. 

I mean it holds my camera and that's all I care about.

Oh and the acorn and mushroom fabric...

I like that too! =]

The Weekend

I was going to post this last weekend but...

I tend to procrastinate... a lot.

So, I'm posting it right now. 

Anyways, this last Sunday we went on a picnic. 

As we were driving up there we spotted a pull off where we could get out of the car and look around.

There was an amazing view...

 

...and spray paint pictures.

 There was a dog paw print....

 ... this heart flower thing...

 ...Love <3...

 ...a little bear face...

 ... peace + love = happiness...

 ... a peace symbol...

 ... SHARK!!!...

 ... an eye...

 ... horse...

 

... and a dog? 

I'm pretty sure that is what it is.

Anyways, that is what I did/saw over my weekend.
